What You'll Be Doing
Preparing insightful monthly management accounts and commentary that drive business decisions.
Partnering with department heads to shape budgets, forecasts, and performance analysis.
Owning balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy across financial data.
Providing reports that turn numbers into clarity - helping teams understand the story behind the figures.
Supporting external audits and assisting with ad hoc projects alongside the Finance Manager.
Identifying opportunities to improve systems, streamline reporting, and strengthen financial controls.
What You'll Bring
A minimum of two years' experience in management accounting or a related role.
CIMA/ACCA part-qualified and eager to keep developing professionally.
Strong communication skills - able to explain finance in plain English to colleagues from all backgrounds.
A team-first mindset, great attention to detail, and solid Excel skills.
Any familiarity with Power BI or similar reporting tools is a bonus.
