Where do the jobs come from?
KeyStep aggregates live UK and EU listings from Adzuna, Reed, Greenhouse, Remotive, and Arbeitnow — refreshed hourly. Direct startup posts from recruiters using Recruiter Pro also appear in the feed.
How does KeyMatch ranking work?
You upload your CV (or paste it once). KeyMatch extracts your skills, then scores every live role against them using semantic matching — not just keyword search. Each role gets a 0–100 match score so you can prioritise.
Will my CV pass ATS filters?
CV Improver scores your CV against the specific job description, flags missing skills and weak phrasing, then offers section-level rewrites. Most users see a 20–40 point ATS score lift after one pass.
Do you cover roles outside the UK?
Yes — every EU country is covered via Adzuna, Remotive, and Arbeitnow. The feed is filtered to UK and EU only — no overseas noise.
How often are job alerts sent?
One short ranked email per day, sent at 7am UK time. You can pause, change frequency, or unsubscribe from your dashboard at any time.
