Creative Agency | Central London (Hybrid, 2 days in the office) | 50k - 65k | 3 month temporary assignment

A well-established independent creative studio is seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join the business on an initial 3-month temporary contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on finance professional to support a busy and fast paced creative business during a key period of growth and operational change, with strong long term potential for the right person.

Responsibilities will include

Preparation of monthly management accounts

Month-end reporting and balance sheet reconciliations

Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting

Variance analysis with clear financial commentary

Monitoring project profitability, WIP and revenue reporting

Supporting senior stakeholders with financial insights

VAT returns and general finance support

Assisting with process improvements and finance clean-up projects

Supporting year-end and audit preparation where required

About you

Previous experience in a management accountant, finance manager or similar role within a creative agency

Immediately available or available on short notice

Strong Excel skills and experience using finance systems (Paprika experience would be a huge plus)

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage deadlines effectively

Ability to work closely with non-finance teams at all levels of seniority and communicate complex financial information in a clear and commercially meaningful way
