Finance Manager

A great opportunity has become available to work for a market leading organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager on a permanent basis due to company growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role as duties will include:

Managing, mentoring and motivating a team

Month end management accounts

Balance sheet reconciliations

Process/systems improvements and automations

Financial reporting

Month end and year end close

Audit preparation

VAT and compliance

Other ad hoc duties as required

Keys skills and attributes

Excellent communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels internally and externally

Qualified or qualified by experience

Experience of managing a team

Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines

Accounts preparation, analysis, reporting and business partnering experience

Strong IT skills including advanced level Excel

Additional information

Full-time hours across 5 days per week

Office based 3-4 days per week minimum

Close to main public transport links
