Finance Business Partner

This is a commercially focused Finance Business Partner role within a growing property development and management group. You will take ownership of service charge accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and business partnering activities while supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Description

Manage annual service charge accounts across a property portfolio.

Lead budget versus actual analysis and reconciliation processes.

Produce monthly financial reports, forecasts and variance analysis.

Partner with property and operational teams to provide financial insight.

Support service charge audits and ensure regulatory compliance.

Resolve historic balance sheet reconciliations and improve financial controls.

Contribute to financial modelling, KPI reporting and business improvement projects.

Profile

ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant.

Experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or Management Accounting.

Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience advantageous.

Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships across the business.

Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Offer

Salary of £50,000 to £60,000.
