As an Interim Finance Business Partner, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the Accounting & Finance department by providing insightful financial analysis and advice. Your work will help guide key business decisions and ensure the smooth financial operation of a business services organisation

Client Details

A business services organisation based in Scotland with regional responsibility. They are currently hiring for a permanent member of staff but require a solid interim to help bridge the gap

Description

Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decision-making.

Collaborate with stakeholders to develop budgets and forecasts.

Ensure accuracy and compliance in all financial documentation.

Identify financial risks and opportunities to improve business performance.

Support month-end and year-end financial processes.

Prepare and present financial insights to senior management.

Assist in the implementation of financial strategies and initiatives.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have

A strong background in accounting or finance, ideally within large complex organisations

Proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.

Confidence working with stakeholders at various levels.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and tools

Job Offer

Daily rate of £405 to £495, dependent on the level of experience.

Temporary contract offering flexibility and variety.

Hybrid working pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 from home each week
