Finance Business Partner - 12 Month FTC Liverpool City Centre | Hybrid £40,000 - £45,000 + Benefits.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Business Partner to join a well-established and purpose-led organisation based in Liverpool City Centre.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders across a diverse portfolio of projects and operational areas, providing financial insight, challenge and support to drive informed decision-making and business performance. The Role Reporting into a Senior Finance Business Partner, you will act as the key finance contact for a range of departments, supporting budget holders and senior leaders with financial planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include

Partnering with stakeholders to provide financial guidance and support

Producing and presenting management information and performance analysis

Managing budgeting and forecasting processes across assigned business areas

Monitoring financial performance and identifying risks and opportunities

Supporting business cases and strategic decision-making through insightful analysis

Leading regular financial review meetings with non-finance stakeholders

Ensuring strong financial controls and compliance are maintained

Supporting audit requirements and continuous process improvements

About You We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven finance professional who enjoys working closely with the wider business.

You will ideally have

Part-qualified ACCA, CIMA or equivalent

Previous experience in a Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or similar role

Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis skills

Experience producing meaningful management information for stakeholders

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Advanced Excel skills and strong systems knowledge

A collaborative and commercially-minded approach
