Description

Assist with the preparation and maintenance of financial records and reports.

Perform reconciliations of bank accounts and supplier statements.

Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Process and monitor invoices, expense claims, and payments.

Maintain organised and up-to-date accounting files and documentation.

Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Assist with ad-hoc accountancy tasks as required by the accounting team.

Profile

A successful Assistant Accountant will have experience in the above and be on short notice

Job Offer

An hourly pay rate between £18.00 and £22.00, paid in GBP.
