This is an opportunity to step into a Lead Data Analyst role where you will shape how data drives commercial decision-making in a fast-growing, technology-led environment. You will combine hands-on analytics with team leadership, influencing strategy while developing a small but high-impact analytics function.

The Role You will lead a team of analysts while remaining hands-on with advanced analytics and project delivery. This role sits close to senior leadership and plays a key part in driving the use of data across the organisation.
Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions
Manage, mentor and develop a team of data analysts, fostering growth and technical capability
Act as a senior point of contact for complex analytical and technical challenges
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into data-driven solutions
Oversee the delivery of high-quality outputs across multiple projects and priorities
Support the development of data products, tools, and automated processes
Champion best practices in data quality, modelling, and governance
Contribute to the wider data strategy and help scale analytics capabilities across the business
Your Skills & Experience
Strong commercial experience in data analysis using Python or a similar programming language
Advanced Excel skills
Solid understanding of data modelling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques
Experience working with large and complex datasets
Proven ability to lead or own analytics projects and deliver measurable impact
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Attention to detail and a structured approach to problem solving
