Senior Data Analyst London (Hybrid 3 days in office) Up to 55k

The Role You will lead on complex analytical work while mentoring junior analysts and supporting senior stakeholders across the business. This role blends technical delivery with people leadership and strategic input.

Lead the design and delivery of advanced data analysis to support business decisions

Manage, mentor and develop a small team of analysts

Act as a key escalation point for complex technical and analytical challenges

Translate business requirements into data driven solutions and insights

Collaborate with senior leadership to shape data strategy and priorities

Ensure high quality outputs across team deliverables and client projects

Drive improvements in processes through automation and best practice

Manage multiple projects, timelines and stakeholder expectations

Your Skills and Experience

Strong commercial experience using Python for data analysis and dashboarding tool

Strong understanding of data modelling, cleansing and enrichment techniques

Experience working with large and complex datasets

Ability to lead projects and support or mentor junior team members

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
