WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Senior Business Operations Manager, you will drive the tactical execution of cross-functional projects, with a particular focus on go-to-market and revenue initiatives.
Manage Strategic GTM Programs: take end-to-end ownership of high-visibility initiatives, core tracking milestones, and strategic programs across the go-to-market organization
Solve Problems Consultatively: act as a trusted partner to revenue leadership by dissecting complex operational issues and presenting clear, actionable solutions
Align Cross-Functional Teams: establish clear, structured workflows to keep busy stakeholders and business leadership aligned to critical deadlines
Deliver Data-Driven Insights: maintain accurate process documentation and share analytical insights with leadership to guide strategic decision-making
Implement AI and Automation: identify manual bottlenecks and deploy generative
