Sales Coordinator

KC Group is delighted to be supporting a luxury brand renowned for delivering exceptional quality and service In their search for a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team In the Solihull area.

This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position based on-site Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a lunch break included.

This role offers a unique opportunity to play a key part in coordinating residential sales operations across the UK, supporting a wider network of regional teams.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Coordinator

Coordinate national residential sales activity across multiple regions

Act as a point of contact between sales teams, operations, and management

Track pipelines, monitor KPIs, and prepare national performance reports

Ensure consistency and accuracy in sales processes and documentation

Assist with resolving regional queries and ensuring timely communication

Ideal Candidate for the Sales Coordinator

Experience in a coordination or administrative role across a national or multi-site environment

Comfortable working with data, sales reporting, and CRM systems

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail

Able to manage priorities independently while supporting a wider team

The role is offering an hourly rate of £13.60 per hour
