Sales Coordinator (Full Cycle) – Industrial Supplies
Central Scotland (Office-based with flexibility)
Full-time | Permanent | Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary £27k - £30k + Bonus
The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Sales Coordinator to join the team within a growing industrial supplies / Nuts, Bolts & Fasteners business.
This is a full-cycle sales coordination role, where you will take ownership of customer accounts from initial enquiry through to order fulfilment and aftercare. You’ll play a key part in delivering a first-class service, ensuring customers receive the right products, on time, every time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery and aftercare
Identify any upselling needs
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
Provide quotes, pricing and product advice (nuts, bolts & industrial fasteners)
Act as the main point of contact for customer accounts
Liaise with internal teams (sales, warehouse, purchasing) to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Track orders and proactively communicate updates to customers
Handle queries, returns, and resolve issues quickly and professionally
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within accounts
Maintain accurate records within CRM / ERP systems
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a sales coordination, internal sales, or customer service role
Ideally from an industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or construction supplies background
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with a customer-first approach
Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a busy environment
Good IT skills (Excel, CRM systems, order processing systems)
Knowledge of nuts, bolts, fixings or industrial products is highly desirable, but not essential.
