What you’ll do

Deliver excellent customer service via phone & email

Process orders, returns, and queries accurately

Manage supplier orders, pricing, and delivery timelines

Resolve issues and maintain strong relationships

Support operations, product data, and logistics

What you’ll need

Strong communication and organisation skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Confident with Outlook & Excel

Customer-first, proactive approach

(Experience in customer service, purchase orders, or CRM systems is a bonus.)
