Sales Administrator - Bradford (BD4) £26,500 per annum | Full-time, Permanent | Monday-Friday (8:45am-5:00pm, 37.5 hours)
We are currently working on behalf of a well-established and growing business based in Bradford (BD4) who are looking to recruit a confident and organised Sales Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous office-based customer service or sales administration experience, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and delivering outstanding service. The Role As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of customer orders and maintaining high service standards. Your duties will include:
Handling incoming calls from customers in a professional and friendly manner
Taking customer orders and accurately inputting them onto internal systems
Preparing and issuing customer quotes
Processing orders from start to finish
Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment
Providing customers with updates and resolving any queries
Delivering an excellent level of customer service at all times
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a sales administration or customer service role within an office environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy
Good IT skills and confidence using CRM or order processing systems
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
A proactive and positive approach to work
