Full Time | Permanent About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a dynamic sales function.
In this role, you will take ownership of a shared inbox, liaise confidently with customers and third parties, and provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team. If you are organised, self-motivated, and have a keen eye for detail, we would love to hear from you. Key ResponsibilitiesInbox & Communication Management
Independently manage a shared email inbox, ensuring queries are handled efficiently
Respond to customer and third-party enquiries via email and telephone in a professional and timely manner
Tender Support
Prepare and submit approval requests for tender participation
Ensure submissions are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal processes
Commission Processing
Process payments to third parties, including raising requisitions and GNR documentation
Handle invoice processing and ensure accurate financial records
Extract, validate, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy and compliance
Administrative Support
Maintain reports, spreadsheets, and key documentation
Draft and send contractual letters, including contract expiry notifications
Sales Team Support
Provide cover for Sales Executives and Customer Managers when required
Support general sales administration activities and ad hoc tasks
About YouSkills & Experience
Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales support
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
