Product Lead- Adaptive Learning / EdTech Transformation Location: Hybrid (Manchester or London) - flexible options available

We're working with a large, well-known UK organisation undergoing a major transformation of its digital learning offering, with a focus on building a next-generation adaptive learning platform powered by AI and personalised content.

This is a key opportunity for a Product Leadto lead discovery and shape the future of how educational content is delivered to learners across the UK. The Role You'll play a pivotal role in driving product discovery and defining the evolution of a widely used learning platform, with an emphasis on Primary education.

A core part of the role will be leading rapid discovery initiatives,exploring how the platform can better support primary-aged learners through prototyping, concept testing, and continuous validation, ensuring a clear path to value. What You'll Be Doing

Leading continuous discovery to shape product direction and prioritisation

Defining and delivering pedagogically aligned, personalised content experiences

Running rapid prototyping and concept testing to validate ideas quickly

Driving the development of engaging, gamified experiences that motivate younger learners

Collaborating closely with design, engineering, data and stakeholders

Contributing to the development of AI-driven personalisation at scale

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager within digital, ideally EdTech or consumer platforms

Experience working with primary schools or products for primary-aged children

Track record delivering engaging, personalised or gamified digital experiences

Strong experience working in a continuous discovery environment

Ability to lead discovery that drives measurable value and product outcomes

Comfortable operating in complex, stakeholder-rich environments
