Description

TrueLayer's People team is responsible for attracting, engaging and developing some of the best talent. Following a period of growth, we now need to ensure our People processes and systems are optimised to deliver the best employee experience across our global teams. This is where you come in.

We're looking for a People Operations Lead to own and evolve our People Operations function, taking responsibility for all employee lifecycle processes, systems ownership, automation and data integrity. You won't stop until everything runs like clockwork. The People Ops function needs to support our fast paced business with lightning processes, speedy automations and delivering the most value to our employees.
