Management Accountant

As a German speaking Management Accountant in North Birmingham, you'll play a key role in overseeing financial operations within the industrial and manufacturing sector. Description

Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support financial planning.

Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.

Assist in forecasting and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.

Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.

Oversee cost management and evaluate cost-saving initiatives.

Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.

German GAAP experience

Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.

Permanent position based in North Birmingham.
