Prepare and analyse management accounts to support business decisions.

Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Monitor and reconcile financial records, identifying discrepancies and resolving them promptly.

Support month-end and year-end close processes within the accounting and finance department.

Provide detailed financial reports and insights to key stakeholders in the FMCG sector.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance financial performance.

Assist in the preparation of financial audits and liaise with auditors as required.

Profile

A successful Management Accountant should have

A relevant qualification or progress towards a recognised accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA).

Experience in management accounting within the FMCG industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in financial software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
