Management Accountant

Your new company An exciting opportunity for a qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic finance function within a large and diverse real estate business. Your new role In this role, you will work as part of a collaborative and evolving department, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation and play a key role in supporting financial operations and reporting. This position has been introduced as part of the company's ongoing growth and transformation, offering plenty of scope for autonomy, development, and progression. You will get involved in budgeting and forecasting, supporting with month end close as well as working with internal departments and identifying ways to improve processes. What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with strong technical accounting knowledge and a solid grasp of fundamental finance principles. Applications are welcome from first-time movers out of practice. Candidates should have advanced Excel capabilities, along with strong communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial audiences. A proactive and organised approach is essential, with the ability to manage multiple priorities both independently and within a team.
