Part Qualified Management Accountant | £40,000 + full study support | South Leeds

We’re recruiting for a commercially focused Part Qualified Management Accountant to join a growing business in South Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional who wants exposure to senior stakeholders, real commercial involvement and the chance to develop quickly within a fast-paced environment.

The role

You’ll support the Financial Controller across management accounts, month-end reporting, business partnering and commercial analysis, playing a key role in helping drive business performance.

Key duties

Producing monthly management accounts

Accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations

Variance analysis and performance reporting

Supporting month-end processes and reporting deadlines

Business partnering with internal departments

Supporting audits, VAT and stock reporting

Identifying process and system improvements

Assisting with ad hoc finance projects

Experience

Part Qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA or AAT Qualified and looking to do further studies

Experience within management accounts

Strong Excel and analytical skills

Confident communicator with a proactive mindset

Detail-focused with the ability to meet deadlines

Ambitious, inquisitive and keen to progress
