Management Accountant

Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Management Accountant for a business in the Halesowen area. You'll take ownership of monthly management accounts across several entities, ensuring accurate reporting, clear analysis and consistent financial controls. The position sits within a small, supportive finance team and requires someone comfortable working independently and managing deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Produce monthly management accounts across group entities.

Complete balance sheet reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.

Support senior management with ad hoc financial analysis and insight.

Oversee key reconciliations linked to funding and working capital facilities.

Requirements

QBE, Part Qualified or Newly Qualified will all be considered.

Strong Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP).

Experience producing management accounts; multi-entity exposure beneficial.

Confident using accounting/ERP systems such as Sage or Xero.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Predominantly office-based with one day per week working from home
