Normanton | £25,000 + Commission | Full-Time | Office-BasedI am working with a client to recruit multiple Internal Account Managers to join a successful and growing team in Normanton. The role

Building and developing customer relationships

Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend

Proactively contacting existing and prospective customers

Managing customer enquiries and quotations

Working towards sales and performance targets

Maintaining accurate CRM records

Supporting customers throughout their journey

What we're looking for

At least 12 months' customer-facing or sales experience

Strong communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Confidence building relationships over the phone

Good organisation and time management skills

Commercial awareness and drive
