We’re looking for an experienced and motivated leader to join our London office to lead our UK Account Management team. The UK is a cornerstone market for Adyen, home to some of the world’s most sophisticated Enterprise Merchants. You will be responsible for building, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing team of Team Leads and Account Managers who are the driving force behind the strategic growth of our most critical Merchants.

As a key member of the UK Leadership team, you will help define the next chapter of our growth. You thrive on setting a clear strategic direction, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of "winning together." You will be mission-critical in ensuring our UK merchants—from global retailers to digital disruptors—fully leverage Adyen’s platform to scale their businesses.

What You'll Do

Drive Sustainable Growth: You view the UK market as your own business. You define and execute an ambitious 2-3 year growth strategy. You stay ahead of UK market trends and regulatory shifts to ensure Adyen’s value proposition remains sharp and aligned with Adyen's long-term global vision.

Scale High-Performing Leaders: Actively maintain a high quality threshold by hiring "better than yourself" and bringing in diverse leadership. You serve as the primary coach for a multi-layered UK organization of 70+ people, de
