Offering a salary of up to £70,000, this permanent position combines strategic exposure with hands-on financial analysis, all within a flexible hybrid working environment.

You'll play a key role in supporting senior leadership with the financial insight needed to drive business performance. This isn't a role focused purely on reporting - you'll be involved in shaping decisions, challenging assumptions, and helping the business understand what's really driving results.

Key responsibilities will include

Delivering meaningful commercial analysis and performance insights

Building and maintaining financial models to support decision-making

Leading stock reporting and improving visibility across the business

Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities

Partnering with stakeholders across the organisation to drive performance and identify opportunities for improvement

We're looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with at least two years' post-qualified experience. You'll have a strong commercial finance background, advanced Excel skills, and solid financial modelling capability. Experience working with stock reporting and ERP systems would be advantageous but not essential.
