Description
Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with regulatory requirements.
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all reconciliations are completed timely.
Support the budgeting and forecasting processes by providing insightful financial analysis.
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and financial regulations.
Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and implement recommendations where needed.
Monitor and analyse financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, providing clear financial insight and constructive support to help shape commercial decisions and improve overall performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
Provide financial support to other departments to aid strategic decision-making.
Profile
A successful candidate should have
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, ACA, or CIMA) or equivalent.
Strong technical knowledge of financial reporting and accounting standards.
Proficiency in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Keen interest in how new technologies and data-led tools can enhance reporting, insight, and business decision-making.
A proactive and curious approach, with the ability to think critically, solve problems effectively, and adapt to new challenges.
Able to balance a strong attention to detail with a broader commercial perspective, remaining focused and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivated and dependable, with a collaborative approach that contributes positively to overall team success.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
Job Offer
