Financial Accountant

Fin Search are recruiting a Financial Accountant on a permanent basis for a market leading business based in Bradford.

The business is operating a hybrid working model - 2 days in the office and 3 days at home.

Reporting in to a brilliant ACA qualified professional, this is a brilliant opportunity for a bright ACA/ACCA newly qualified looking for an interesting and varied financial accounting role.

As a Financial Accountant, this role will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial accounting, control and reporting by assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements.

Duties will include, however are not limited to, maintain the fixed asset register and the capex process to include forecasts and reporting, preparation of monthly VAT return, preparation of Corporation Tax information to support year-end reporting, reconciling financial ledgers and assisting with monthly cash flow reporting

The successful candidate will

Be ACA/ACCA qualified

Have a strong working knowledge or IFRS and UK GAAP

Have strong Excel skills

Have excellent verbal and written communication skills

£52,000 - £55,000 + 29 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) + BUPA Medicash + stakeholder pension scheme + staff discount scheme + hybrid working model (2 days office/3 days at home)
