Financial Accountant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Financial Accountant will play a key role in supporting the month-end close process, maintaining balance sheet integrity and ensuring accurate financial reporting across multiple entities.

Description

Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in line with required standards.

Managing month-end close activities and ensuring timely and accurate reporting.

Preparing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations.

Processing and reviewing financial journals.

Supporting both external and internal audit requirements.

Assisting with statutory accounts preparation.

Ensuring compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.

Contributing towards continuous improvement and process standardisation initiatives.

Partnering with FP&A, Accounts Payable and wider finance teams across Europe.

Profile

A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

A proactive approach and continuous improvement mindset.

SAP experience would be advantageous.
