A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Finance Manager to join a growing organisation based in the Warrington area. Reporting into senior leadership, you will oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting and effective support across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the day-to-day finance function, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Oversee payroll, purchase ledger, reconciliations, cashflow and month-end processes.

Produce management information and support budgeting and financial planning activities.

Maintain strong financial controls, compliance procedures and audit readiness.

Support and develop finance team members while driving process improvements.

Requirements

Previous experience in a Finance Manager, Management Accountant or similar finance leadership role.

Strong understanding of month-end processes, payroll, reconciliations and financial controls.

Good Excel skills and experience using finance systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

AAT Level 4, part-qualified or equivalent experience preferred
