Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a growing and well-established law firm with an excellent reputation within its sector. As the business continues to expand, they are investing in their finance function and are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to help shape and develop the newly established finance team.
The role will give you the opportunity to have a real influence on how the finance function develops, with involvement across budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis, contracts and business planning. With training provided around the SRA Accounts Rules, this could be an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional looking to take ownership of a growing finance function within a professional services environment. Skills Needed
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified
Previous experience within a Finance Manager or similar position with strong knowledge of core accounting and month-end processes.
Experience managing, mentoring or supervising junior finance team members, with a supportive and hands-on management style.
Experience using Xero, with exposure to a regulated environment or SRA Accounts Rules advantageous but not essential.
What You Will Receive

A broad commercial role with exposure to budgeting, forecasting, contracts, investments and business expansion, working closely with senior decision-makers.

Ongoing support and training, including the opportunity to develop your knowledge of SRA Accounts Rules and legal finance.
