JMF Associates is seeking a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified Finance Manager for a fast-growing engineering company based on the South East London/Kent border. In this strategic role, with a strong emphasis on business partnering, you will deliver accurate management information and commercial insights to support business performance. The Finance Managers key focusses:
Produce accurate and in depth Financial reporting
Developing and maintaining strong controls
Driving effective working capital management
Partner with senior leaders, providing guidance, challenge, and support to shape the company's future success
Ensuring compliance and fostering continuous improvement.
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
Proven experience in finance business partnering
Strong financial analysis and management reporting expertise
Experience supervising teams and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence at all levels and drive improvements
Experience in project accounting and compliance
