Hybrid working - 2 days in the office

Joining a mid-size marketing team within a growing business, this role takes ownership of Digital Marketing activity, with a focus upon:

2 Company websites, including a re-launch project

User experience, SEO, performance metrics

Digital marketing campaigns

CRM integration project

Lead conversion & generation, analytics

Responsible for

Digital marketing strategy - including websites, SEO, digital campaigns, lead generation

Running, maintaining and improving the digital marketing activities

Large-scope project work - supporting a website re-launch

Monitoring integrated digital marketing analytics across all websites, providing insights and recommendation to ensure optimised activity and user engagement

Management of company-wide integration of CRM for lead retrieval

Scope and review relevant KPIs throughout campaigns and projects

Play an active part in generation of ideas

Manage and create content where appropriate

Skills & experience required

At least 5 years' in a marketing role

3 years' digital marketing experience

Experience in web marketing and digital analytics

Pro-active work style
