Digital Marketing Manager
Location: Kilmarnock (with responsibility across 3 clinic locations) Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: circa. £40,000 (DOE)

A leading independent care provider, committed to delivering expert, personalised solutions across Ayrshire, Glasgow and Lanarkshire. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of their online presence and drive patient engagement across all their locations.
The Role
This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role where you will lead and execute their digital marketing efforts. You will play a key part in increasing brand awareness, generating high-quality leads, and supporting the continued growth of their clinics.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy across all locations
Manage and optimise SEO to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic
Plan, execute and monitor paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.)
Lead social media strategy and day-to-day management across all online platforms
Create engaging content for social media, website, and campaigns
Analyse campaign performance and produce actionable insights
Manage website updates and ensure strong UX and conversion optimisation
Coordinate marketing activity across all clinic locations for consistency and impact
What they are looking for
Proven experience in a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
Strong expertise in SEO, PPC (Google Ads), and social media marketing (TikTok, You Tube, Instagram, Facebook, etc)
Experience managing multi-location or regional marketing campaigns
Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools such as Google Analytics
Creative mindset with a strong eye for content and branding
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
Strong communication and organisational skills
Desirable
Experience in healthcare or service-based industries
Knowledge of local SEO strategies
Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
