Workplace Experience Lead
About the Role
As a Workplace Experience Lead at Doctolib, you will take ownership of one of the largest offices in our portfolio, located in Nantes, with responsibility for our branch office in Niort. Reporting directly to the Workplace Services Director, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, efficient, and inspiring work environment for all employees in your scope.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for all workplace-related matters, balancing operational excellence with a strategic approach to site management.
Supplier & Service Provider Management
You manage and coordinate strategic supplier relationships for key services, including office amenities, reception, security, and fleet & travel management
You will ensure compliance with agreed KPIs and SLAs
Events Coordination
You plan and support internal events throughout the year, fostering company culture through seamless logistics and careful budget management
Compliance & Safety
You ensure full compliance with HSE standards and drive the implementation of QHSE processes across your sites
You oversee access control, emergency protocols, vendor compliance, and end-to-end issue resolution
Budget & Procurement Management
You handle purchase order management and invoice processing with rigor and accuracy
You track expenses on an ongoing basis and flag any discrepancies in a timely manner
Building Management & Site Support
You work hand in hand with the maintenance department to support the smooth day-to-day operations of the Nantes and Niort offices
You act as the primary point of contact for subtenants based in the Nantes building, managing day-to-day requests and ensuring a positive cohabitation within the premises
Stakeholder Management
As the single point of contact for all internal and external clients and stakeholders on Workplace matters, you will need to be highly proactive in capturing field signals early to prevent is
