What you’ll do

You'll be the heartbeat of our office — the first face people see and the person who sets the tone for the entire workplace experience. Serving a vibrant community of 400+ employees, you'll be one of the go-to points of contact for day-to-day office life, ensuring every person who walks through the door feels welcomed, and supported.

Front Desk & Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, and guests — managing arrivals, handling enquiries, and ensuring a professional and warm front-of-house experience at all times.

Community & Culture: Build and nurture a strong sense of community within the office alongside the local office management team. Help drive initiatives that bring people together, promote well-being, and make daily office life enjoyable. Be a visible, approachable presence that employees feel comfortable turning to.

Events & Engagement: Aid in planning and coordinating internal events, celebrations, and office activities that strengthen team connections and foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere. Support team-driven initiatives and help bring ideas to life.

Office Operations: Support the smooth day-to-day running of the Barcelona office alongside Office Management. Help identify and flag operational issues, assist with vendor coordination, and contribute to continuous improvements in the workplace experience.
