UX Designer - 24 mth FTC

UX Designer

24 month Fixed Term Contract - 2 days a week onsite in West London

Up to £53,000 per annum, good pension contributions, 25 days holiday

I'm currently partnering with a leading Not-for-Profit / Charity to recruit a User Experience (UX) Designer on a 24-month FTC within a collaborative digital team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to shape impactful digital experiences across projects spanning fundraising, online collections, and immersive digital initiatives.

You'll play a key role across the full product lifecycle-from discovery through to delivery-ensuring user needs are at the heart of every decision.

Key responsibilities

Lead user research, testing, and insight gathering to inform design decisions

Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes

Drive data-led UX improvements, including CRO and A/B testing

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, content, development)

Champion a user-centred, iterative design approach across the organisation

What we're looking for

Strong experience in UX design, research, and optimisation

Confidence working with both qualitative and quantitative data

Proven ability to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes

Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and experimentation tools
