Treasury Analyst

Our client is a rapidly growing international automotive business that is continuing to expand its presence across the UK and Europe. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint a Treasury & Dealer Finance Analyst to support partnerships with dealers, banking providers, and internal teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in automotive finance, dealer funding, banking, or financial services who enjoys building relationships, coordinating projects, and working in a fast-paced commercial environment. The role offers exposure to a variety of treasury, dealer support, and business development activities, with plenty of opportunity for long-term career progression.

The Role

Reporting into the Treasury Manager, you will support the day-to-day management of dealer finance programmes, banking relationships, and treasury activities. You will work closely with dealership partners, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders to ensure funding solutions are delivered effectively and that operational processes run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Support the management and development of dealer funding and vehicle finance programmes.

Act as a key point of contact for dealership partners, responding to queries and providing ongoing support.

Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and finance partners.

Assist with the onboarding of new finance providers and business partners.

Coordinate the rollout of new finance products, campaigns, and commercial initiatives.

Monitor dealer performance and help identify opportunities to strengthen business relationships.

Review business and market data to support decision-making and risk assessment.

Monitor automotive finance market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.

Support treasury operations, including payments, transfers, and banking administration.

Assist with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc projects across the wider finance and commercial functions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and customer experience.

About You

Previous experience within automotive finance, dealer finance, banking, financial services, or a similar commercial environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy and evolving environment.

Proactive, adaptable, and keen to take ownership of responsibilities.

Experience with ERP systems or SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.

Degree educated or equivalent professional experience.
