⭐ Our Treasury team

Our Treasury team is growing and we’re looking for a Treasury Analyst with a focus on commercial performance to support our investment strategy. We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail orientated & collaborative Treasury Analyst to play a key role in supporting Treasury’s budgeting, stress testing, month end, and modelling. You’ll support all core Treasury functions- learning how Monzo manages liquidity, capital, interest rate risk, and the credit portfolio to maintain balance sheet resilience. This is a collaborative role and you will work across the Treasury, Finance and Risk functions.

🔑 You’ll play a key role by…

Supporting and enhancing our budgeting and forecasting process including stress testing and model development

Supporting our month end reporting including cost analysis and reporting

Enhancing our control environment

Designing brilliant ways to automate our work and leveraging technology to ensure we scale with the business

Partnering with teams internally to help them make informed business decisions

🤩 We’d love to hear from you if you…

Have experience working at a bank and knowledge of Treasury forecasting

Have a highly analytical and forward thinking approach

Are interested in identifying and using data, performing analysis, and understanding financial impacts on our bank

Are able to articulate and explain technical topics to diverse audiences

Have strong technical skills

Are interested in learning more about the wider Treasury worlds of investment and capital management

📍This role can be based in our London office, but we're open to distributed working within the UK (with ad hoc meetings in London)
