Robert Half is hiring an ambitious and motivated Talent Solutions Manager to join our Accountancy & Finance practice in Edinburgh, with a specific focus on our contract and interim market.

The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360° process within the interim finance market, including:

Building and developing your own client base across Edinburgh and the wider Scottish market

Partnering with businesses to support immediate and business-critical hiring needs

Sourcing and placing high-quality interim finance professionals into contract assignments

Managing multiple processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Developing long-term relationships with both clients and candidates, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor

You'll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, where success is shared, and support is constant. What we're looking for

Experience in recruitment, or a background in sales, business development, or client-facing roles

Strong communication skills and the confidence to build relationships with senior stakeholders
