Strategy & Program Manager - Finance

As a Strategy & Program Manager - Finance, based in Amsterdam, you will play a key role in shaping how Finance operates and scales globally.

Reporting to the CFO's Chief of Staff, you will work closely with Finance Leadership, as well as teams across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Engineering. Your focus will be on driving Finance strategy into execution through strong operating rhythms, clear prioritization, and impactful cross-functional programs.

You will own core Finance operating rhythms such as OKRs or planning cycles, while also leading strategic initiatives that improve how Finance operates and partners across Adyen.

What you’ll do

Lead high-impact Finance programs and cross-functional initiatives from scoping through implementation.

Partner with Finance Leadership to translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, and outcomes.

Build strong partnerships across Product, Commercial, Operations, and Engineering to drive alignment and execution on shared priorities.

Identify roadblocks, dependencies, and opportunities to accelerate execution, helping Finance operate with greater scale, simplicity, and speed.

Drive Finance transformation initiatives, including opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
