Strategy & Operations Associate - Lending

About the opportunity

We are seeking a highly driven Business Team Associate to join our Strategy and Operations team.

Do you have hands-on leadership experience with Banking Retail Lending and Credit projects?

Do you love solving complex problems using SQL for data analysis, creating business cases, as well as P&L, and KPI monitoring?

Do you enjoy complex project management and aligning with multiple stakeholders on complex Banking Lending products?

Here, you will have the unique opportunity to work at one of Europe’s most exciting Fintechs and contribute to our growth and expansion in a cross functional team. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of Product initiatives through project management, external partner management and ensuring maximum performance of our different Lending products using data analysis and KPI tracking.

You will have the unique opportunity to work on complex projects such as launching new product features while driving business strategy and operational change.

In this role, you will

Strategic Leadership & Execution

Lead high-impact Lending initiatives end-to-end, from strategic design through to execution and continuous improvement.

Contribute to the definition and execution of strategic priorities for both the team and the overall Lending segment.

Build data-driven business cases to evaluate the impact and feasibility of strategic initiatives and new products - Including SQL deep dives and budget building

Product Optimization & Steering

Oversee the full lifecycle of N26 Lending products, utilizing quantitative and qualitative analysis for continuous optimization.

Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for growth, optimization, and innovation.

Monitor product and project performance using data and insights to drive informed decision-making.

Develop deep expertise in the Lending segment, including its business KPIs, infrastructure, and operational processes.
