About the Adaptive Pricing team

Stripe is building a global payments and treasury network, and the Adaptive Pricing team sits at the heart of Global Selling-focused on helping businesses optimize how they sell across borders. One of the hardest problems in global commerce is pricing. Businesses must navigate different currencies, foreign exchange dynamics, setting proper price points, aligning prices with local standards, and unlocking local payment methods-all while maintaining a seamless buyer experience. Getting this wrong means lost revenue, abandoned carts, and failed payments. To solve this, we built Adaptive Pricing-one of the fastest growing products ever launched at Stripe. Adaptive Pricing automatically presents customers with localized prices in their currency, handles all FX conversion behind the scenes, and unlocks local payment methods across 150+ countries-all with zero integration effort from the business.
