As they continue their ambitious growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic Shopper Marketing Manager to join the team.
The role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Shopper Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced food business.
The Shopper Marketing Manager will develop and execute Shopper Marketing strategies, with end-to-end ownership.
Will focus on driving growth across key retailers, including Grocery, Online and Foodservice.
Confident developing in-store and online activations, including POS materials, promotions, media placements and sampling activities.
Ability to work cross-functionally with the wider team, primarily Brand, Sales and Category, working to unlock growth.
Work closely with key retailers, building genuine partnerships and delivering leading activations.
Will be comfortable with data, with the ability to utilize customer insights to drive brand visibility and conversion, underpinning an exceptional understanding of shopper behaviour.
Maintaining a strong uunderstanding of key competitors and the overall dynamics of the FMCG sector.
Ideal candidate
Will have experience within FMCG – packaged goods experience is preferred
Proven success in developing shopper marketing campaigns across multiple retailers
Creative thinker with a consumer-centric approach
Excellent communicator
Ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships
Organised and focused on attention to detail
Personable and team player

£55-60k plus bonus opportunity and wider benefits
Hybrid working – 3 days a week based in Home Counties.
