As well as personal and business bank accounts, we offer joint accounts, accounts for 16-17 year olds, a free kids account and credit cards in the UK, with more exciting things to come beyond. Our UK customers can also save, invest and combine their pensions with us.
With our hot coral cards and get-paid-early feature, combined with financial education on social media and our award winning customer service, we have a long history of creating magical moments for our customers!

At Monzo, our mission is to make money work for everyone, everywhere. We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to help ship more and better payment product offerings. This is a high-impact role that demands both technical expertise and exceptional leadership to drive our ambitious goals.
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of launching payment products that cross multiple teams and disciplines
Define program roadmaps and milestones, set priorities, manage trade-offs, identify and manage critical path and risks, ensure alignment with the business goals and ambition
Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders, both technical and non-technical across the business to ensure alignment and speed of delivery
Manage dependencies, timeline and sequencing of delivery
Drive effective decision making to remove blockers and speed up delivery
Ensure operational effectiveness across your collective/area
You have 5+ years of experience managing complex technology programs or products
