This is an opportunity to join a successful high-growth business where you'll play a key role within a supportive finance team, work closely with senior leadership and have the opportunity to develop and mentor the next generation of finance talent.

Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll lead a small team of 3 (2 Finance Graduates and a Finance Assistant) whilst taking ownership of management accounts, stock reporting, rebates, analysis and process improvements.

The role offers a fantastic mix of technical accounting, commercial exposure and people leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Monthly management accounts and reporting
• Stock and inventory analysis
• Rebate accounting and reporting
• Margin and profitability analysis
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Process improvements and reporting enhancements
• Team leadership, coaching and development
• Business partnering with Purchasing and Operations

About You

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified (or finalist with relevant experience)
• Strong management accounting background
• Advanced Excel skills
• Experience working within a fast-paced commercial environment
• Enjoys developing and supporting junior team members
• Positive, proactive and hands-on approach
