You’ll work closely with a highly experienced Head of Finance, taking ownership of core financial reporting while gaining exposure to a fast-paced, evolving organisation.

The Role

This is a hands-on role with real ownership.

You’ll be responsible for delivering accurate financial information, supporting decision-making, and ensuring strong financial controls across the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Reporting & Control

Full ownership of monthly management accounts

Balance sheet reconciliations

Maintaining the general ledger and posting journals

Revenue & Transactions

Raising invoices and managing accounts receivable

Supporting day-to-day financial processing

Budgeting & Analysis

Monitoring performance against budgets

Supporting stakeholders with financial insights

Producing ad hoc reports for senior leadership

Compliance & Process

Supporting audit processes

Maintaining strong financial controls and accurate records

What We’re Looking For

Part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA) or QBE

Experience in a management accountant role

Strong Excel skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator with a proactive mindset
