A Senior Management Accountant role in Birmingham within the industrial and manufacturing sector, focusing on overseeing financial reporting and supporting business decision-making. You'll ensure the smooth running of financial processes and contribute to the organisation's overall financial health.

A company based in the industrial and manufacturing sector located in Birmingham.
Description
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to support business decisions.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis processes.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial insights and guidance.
Monitor and manage cash flow and working capital requirements.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with auditors as required.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the finance team.
Profile
A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
Strong experience in management accounting within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Proficiency in financial systems and tools, with excellent Excel skills.
A solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
An analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills to work across departments and present financial insights.
Job Offer
A salary ranging from £50,000 to £65,000 dependent on the level of experience.
