Senior Finance Manager - Transformation

A high profile, commercial and varied role, helping an established, complex, multi-site national company on its transformative journey to grow to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Provide financial and risk oversight for new business cases and investment proposals.

Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts, monitoring performance in growth areas.

Build and evaluate complex financial models and scenario analyses.

Present findings and recommendations to Board level.

Partner closely with Directors and senior management to drive growth initiatives.

Support strategic decision-making through robust financial insight and challenge.

The company is seeking someone who can demonstrate

Graduate level education.

Qualified accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).

Strong business partnering experience within a large, complex organisation.

Advanced financial modelling and forecasting capabilities.

Experience evaluating investment opportunities and commercial business cases.

Excellent commercial acumen, inquisitive mind-set, and strategic thinking.

The ability to influence/advise senior stakeholders and cross-function project teams.

Strong presentation and communication skills.
