Senior Finance Analyst / Associate FBP

This Senior Analyst role will support the Cost and Change function and will provide real opportunity to make a difference. Initially on a 12-month fixed-term basis, there are real permanent opportunities here for the right candidate.

Description

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes for Group

Programme risks, opportunities, scope changes, costs, benefits, and delivery outcomes

Produce high-quality month-end reporting, forecasts, and insightful commentary

Establish and manage clear planning timetables and processes, ensuring stakeholders provide timely, accurate forecasts

Act as a business partner when required - though the main function of this role is the analysis and reporting into senior management

Investigate cost performance trends, undertake ad-hoc analysis, and provide actionable insights to improve business performance

Prepare robust variance analysis

Maintain consistent reporting standards, governance, and process excellence, working collaboratively across the wider Finance team.

Profile

Qualified Accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)

Clear thinker with the ability to present simple analysis from complex data

Experienced in and accustomed to fast-paced, high growth environments

Able to assist with various systems implementation / process improvement projects

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £55,000 to £60,000, dependent on the level of experience.

Hybrid working arrangement offering flexibility.

Fixed-term contract in a well-established organisation.
